
Dr. Mohsin Ali Soomro received the Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering (Project Management) from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong SAR of China, in 2014. He also graduated as Masters of Construction Management from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia in 2005. He remained a Postdoctoral Fellow at Tongji University School of Economics and Management from 2019 to 2021.
Prior joining School of Economics and Management, Hubei Engineering University, he served as a Professor of Engineering Project Management at a public sector university in Pakistan.
His research interests are included organizational behavior in project organizations, technology adoption in conservative industries, public-private partnerships, and social issues of engineering projects. His papers have appeared in IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management (SSCI:Q1), ASCE Journal of Management in Engineering, ASCE Journal of Construction Engineering & Management (SCI-E: Q1) and Engineering, Construction and Architectural Management (SSCI, SCI: Q1).
Dr. Mohsin also serve as a Review Editor for Frontiers in Psychology (Organizational Psychology).
